The Enterprise Agent Server (EAS) 4.0 is a server-based event detection and response platform that intelligently monitors and correlates individual and complex events as they occur and initiates contextual alerts and responses. This Agent Logic product supports analysts, investigators, real-time crime centers and command centers for automated monitoring and correlation of case files, link analysis charts, investigative reports, watch lists, 911 calls, and other data feeds. Monitoring and correlation is performed on people, locations, things, time and actions described within available sources to detect relevant and/or related investigative information. Users may filter alerts intelligently based on content and priority, and can retrieve those alarts via real-time Web browser as well as by email and instant message. End-users also can configure rules to trigger automated actions such as updates to their link charts with new data, geographic visualization of alerts and Web Service and business process activation.
